1. VISION
Krobea Asante Technical /vocational Institute has been established to offer intensive training in practical skills and train Junior High School and second –cycle school leavers to fill the manpower technological needs of the immediate community and the nation at large.

• Providing quality education through hand on practical’s for national Development.
• To educate the youth of the community on Technical Skills to earn a living.

4. HISTORY
Krobea Asante Technical Institute was established in the year 1999 by Nana Susubribi Krobea Asante, the Omanhene of Asokore Traditional area. He had the vision to equip and support the Asokore youth and it’s envious with technical skills. The vision was to support the Junior High graduates who have the flare for technical skills to be trained for a living.
With the aid of the government of Britain, America and Germany a land was acquired at the outskirt of Asokore off Ahensan Road. A three unit classroom Block was built. Two workshops to serve Carpentry & Joinery and Blocklaying and Concreting as well as Electrical Installation were constructed for the Institute.
The only workshop with equipment was the Carpentry & Joinery department all the others have few immediate tools. In September 2006 the school was handed to the Government through Technical Vocational Directorate in Ghana Education
Important School Dates
• Revival – The last period in the first week is use for prayers and Bible studies for our students.
• Carlos Night – December is scheduled for Carlos night where scriptures are read from the bible sing- songs of inspiration to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ.
• STATUS:The school is a Day school with Hostel facilities on the school Campus.
5. MAJOR ACHIEVEMENT OVER THE YEARS.
The school was absorbed into the public schools in 2006 and has not taking part in the WASSCE and national science and mathematics competition but the school had perform creditably in the Grade II, Grade I and the Intermediate Exams in the past years.
6. SCHOOL FACILITIES
i. Academics
a) The school has six (6) classrooms and workshop for the Carpentry and Joinery department.
b). No Laboratories but rely on some schools around us for practicals when the need arise
c). Library – we have converted one office for immediate use as the library with the support of the world vision in supplying of books for the school.

There are three teachers in the staff and a workshop assistant.
Report –
The department was established in 2006 to offer practical and theory of electrical installation works and to empower the youth for employable skills. This is achieved by the support of the staff and the administration. Current result in the department after the intermediate exams in 2009 shows how the department is progressing in the academic work together with the practical work.
