ASSIN NSUTA SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL

1. BRIEF HISTORY
Assin Nsuta Senior High School popularly called ANASS was established in 1984 with only six students and three teachers as community day school. Later, it came under the government assisted secondary school on 28TH January, 1991. Since its establishment, the school has chalked a lot of successes in many areas including sports, academics, increment in enrolment from six to a little over eight hundred currently. In spite of this feat chalked, the school still faces a lot of challenges such as inadequate class rooms, reading materials, lack of staffs’ accommodations; despite the relentless efforts by successive headmasters to improve upon this has not yielded the needed results. It is in the light of this, that the school is calling for assistance from co-operate bodies, philanthropists and other stakeholders to come to the aid of the school to help in the constructions of its bungalows for its growing number of teaching staffs.

d. Home Economics: Management in Living, Food and Nutrition, Clothing and Textiles, Biology
e. General Arts: Literature in English, Asante Twi, Christian Religious Studies, Geography, Economics, Government, Elective Mathematics
