1. NAME OF SCHOOL:-

The school is called Bole Secondary School. (1979)

2. BRIEF HISTORY; VISION, MOTTO, CHANGE OF NAME:

(a)           The School was established in October, 1979 through the conversion of the then Middle Boarding School to a Secondary School. The school is located in Bole in the Bole District of the Northern Region.

(b)           VISION: Initially, the School was to train basically Agricultural biased students to meet the demands of the area at the time. Shortly after, in 1994, with the introduction of the Science Resource Centres, the trend changed as the School became one of the Science Resource Centres. Consequently, the vision became one of the preparation of students in the acquisition of investigative skills suitable of adapting to the current global Scientific and Technological dispensation.

(c)            MOTTO: Patience and Perseverance.
