NAKPANDURI BUSINESS SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL

1. VISION

To expand and make Secondary Education more accessible and relevant to Ghanaian children especially the Girl-Child, so that at the end of the three year course in the school, students achieve good academic, moral, physical and spiritual development  of the area and Ghana as a whole.

Create a very congenial atmosphere in the school for more effective and efficient teaching and learning so as to achieve the overall objectives for the establishment of the school.

Make judicious use of resources allocated to the school for the entire development of the through efficient management.

Creating a conducive environment in the school for effective teaching and learning and for  promoting management efficiency and judicious use of resources to produce the relevant manpower that will assist in the socio-economic transformation of the District and Ghana as a whole.

Parent Teacher Association (Pta)

The school is blessed with a vibrant PTA which has been in existence since the school establishment.  Some of their achievement includes:

1. The acquisition of single Carbin Nissan Pick-up
2. Built a Dining Hall for the Hostel

• Built a 3 Unit Teachers quarters

1. Built a bath house for the boys Hostel
2. Acquired a water-pumping Machine for supplying water

They have frequently helped to instill discipline in the school.  Housing of New teachers posted to the school has no problem with accommodation.  Nonpayment of school fees, non-paying parents are written to by the executives to remind parents.

The PTA has sponsored trips to places of importance to lobby for some needs of the institution.

Tradition Authority

The chiefs and elders of the community supported the school in the acquisition of land for the establishment of the school at its present premises.

The authority also remind parents of their roles for their wards I n school.  The chief periodically visits the school and would spend some time with Teachers in discussions.
