We believe in producing high quo – performing all – round students and staff whose conduct and character enhance the aspirations of Ghana as a nation developing its human capital for socio – economic development.

4. BRIEF HISTORY OF NIFA SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL
Nifa Senior High (NISEC) is a community – based co-educational institution established in 1971 as a product of the phasing out of the then Adukrom Teacher Training College by the Ministry of Education (now Ghana Education Service).
The general objective of the change in status was to provide full secondary school education to the growing number of boys and girls, especially those resident around the Okere Community who had little chance of receiving secondary level education elsewhere due to shortages of such schools. The school has boarding facilities for both boys and girls

5. MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS OVER THE YEARS SSCE AND WASSCE
The school’s academic results in SSCE/WASSCE has been improving tremendously over the years with the school chalking 100%. Every year more than 70% of the candidates gain admission into tertiary institutions, and other fields of study in and outside the country.
Regional Games
The school has chalked several successes in regional sports and games. It has won trophies in athletics, volley ball, female and male foot ball, table tennis, hockey etc.

6. SCHOOL FACILITIES
I. Academic
a. Classrooms:
The school has a two storey classroom blocks.
A six unit classroom block is currently under construction.
b. Laboratories
It has a Science and Home Economic laboratories. A new block for the above discipline is currently under construction
c. Library
The school has a library well stocked with learning, teaching and other educative materials. It also has in stock journals and academic materials for references.
II. Non – Academic
The school inspite of the laurels chalked in games and sports unfortunately has no recreational grounds. The land, year marked for the school’s sports field has been abandoned. Clubs and Societies are available for students to join.

8. STAKE HOLDERS
Old Students
The school has an old students association.
Parents Teachers Association (PTA)
The school has a vibrant P.T.A. that is very supportive. It has bought a Tata bus for the school and a Tata Indigo for the Headmaster for official duties.
It has also bought both corn and bread mills for the school and built two (2) semi-detached) bungalows for teachers and the school nurse.
