1. BRIEF HISTORY
Oguaa Senior High Technical School, formally known as Bakatsir Methodist Technical School (BAMSTECH) was established in 1991 as one of the experimental Schools.
Due to expansion, the school left its location at Bakatsir (in 1997) in Cape Coast to its present site at Ekon (Queen. Anne’s point). Later on the Secondary aspect was added to become Secondary/Technical Co-Education Institution.
Status: The School is a day School which cannot boast of any fantastic facilities however, we are able to make do with the little we have at our disposal

d. Agriculture Science.: Animal Husbandry, General Agriculture, Physics, Chemistry
e. Business: Financial Accounting, Cost accounting, Elective. Mathematics, Business Management, Economics
f. Technical: Woodwork, Metalwork, Technical Drawing, Auto Mechanics, Electricals .
