1. VISION
To produce students with academic excellence, technical skills, good character and positive attitude with the fear of God who will aspire to higher levels to meet the challenges of today’s global world.
2. MISSION STATEMENT
i. To equip students with the needed technical skills, knowledge and attitude to meet the demands of the job market
ii. To instill in students the culture of discipline, diligence and the spirit of determination in order to fit well into the society
iii. To instill in students the spirit of creativity, innovation, self reliance in order to become self employed
iv. To create an enabling environment to sustain teachers/workers in the school.

4. BRIEF HISTORY OF INSTITUTION
i. Year of establishment:- As part of the 1987 Educational Reforms, more second cycle institutions were established to meet the increasing demand into second cycle schools. Presbyterian Senior High Technical School was established on the 1st of September 1993.
ii. LOCATION:- The School is located at Coaltar in the Suhum Kraboa Coaltar District in the Eastern Region of Ghana.

Iv. IMPORTANT SCHOOL DATES:- Every second week in July is set aside for annual anniversary, Speech and Prize-Giving Day.

5. MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS OVER THE YEARS:-
Regional Games:- Every year students from this School, qualify to participate in Regional Games especially in Long Distance Races.
6. FACILITIES:-
(a) Academic
i. Classrooms- There are three classroom blocks, two (2) inherited from the then Presby Primary and Junior Secondary schools.
ii. The blocks comprise of

Block iii…………..Four (4)classrooms
Presently a twelve (12) unit one storey classroom is under construction. This block is under the sponsorship of GETFUND.
iii. LABORATORIES:- Three of the classrooms have been converted into Science, Computer Laboratory and Library.
(b) Non-Academic
Recreational Grounds:- There is a standard field of play for both football and athletics. This field of play is also patronised by the community and Basic Schools in the catchment area.
7. ACADEMIC PROGRAMMES:-
a. General Arts:- Economics, Government, General Knowledge in Art and Christian Religious Studies.
b. Visual Arts:- General Knowledge in Art, Graphic Design, Leatherwork and Picture Making.
c. Technical:- Woodwork, Building Construction, Technical Drawing and Elective Mathematics.
d. Agricultural Science:- General Agriculture, Chemistry, Biology and Elective Mathematics.
8. STAKE HOLDERS.
i. Old Students:- As a new school the Old Students are now organising themselves to support the School.
ii. The PTA is actively supporting the school in the following areas;
(a) Motivation for Teachers.
(b) Supply of Photocopy Machine
(c) Supply of Lawn mower
(d) Supporting a Dinning Hall project
(e) Engaged the services of a security Personnel for the staff bungalows.
iii The Chiefs and people had provided a large track of land for further development of the school.
iv. The District Assembly had constructed a four(4) unit bungalow, a four(4) Bedroom Headmaster’s bungalow.
v. The Presbyterian Church of Ghana had provided eight (8) computers to the school, again constructed a four(4) Classroom block for the school.
